The maps I make usually take me up to a month as I'm a solo builder and I don't want nothing looking bad.
Buildings
For me to make a building it will usually take me up to a week. As I want it as detailed as possible.
Big Buildings
These will take me up to 3 weeks depending on the scale of the building.
